Lumina for ALiGN Associates Explore the Lumina Spark Portrait and explore tips for facilitating lessons and activities with job seekers Career counsellors will watch two videos with Janice Parviainen from Lumina Learning on the Spark Portrait and on teaching the spark portrait. Career counsellors will complete a series of activities to review their Portrait and a quiz to gain access to materials needed to conduct the lessons.

Module Two - Splash App
Lumina for ALiGN Associates Explore the Lumina Splash App and the three personas of the Lumina Spark Model: the underlying you, the everyday you and the overextended you. Career counsellors will watch two videos with Janice Parviainen from Lumina Learning on the Splash App and on teaching the App to job seekers. Career counsellors will complete a series of activities to review the App and complete a quiz to gain access to materials needed to conduct the lessons.

ALiGN Toolkit (Section 2) Help job seekers understand the Lumina Spark Portrait and improve their resume, cover letters and interview performance. Career counsellors will review the Lumina Assessment by introducing Job Seekers to the Lumina Assessment tool, how the tool will benefit them in their job search and how to complete the assessment.

Lumina Splash App
ALiGN Toolkit (Section 3) Help the job seekers explore their Spark Portrait further using the Lumina Splash App. Job seekers will download the application and complete activities to further understand themselves and learn about their three personas: underlying you, every day you, and the overextended you. Job seekers also learn how to use the App to compare spark portraits with their friends and family.

ALiGN Job Aid for Employers
ALiGN Toolkit (Section 5) Help employers utilize the Lumina Spark model to help coach and integrate their new employees. Employers receive a two-page job aid that explains the Lumina model and provide a process for implementing coaching sessions that focus on personality and development in their new roles.
