Help job seekers understand the Lumina Spark Portrait and improve their resume, cover letters and interview performance. Career counsellors will review the Lumina Assessment by introducing Job Seekers to the Lumina Assessment tool, how the tool will benefit them in their job search and how to complete the assessment.

  • How to Read the Assessment
  • ALiGN and your Job Search
  • ALiGN and your Job Application
  • ALiGN and your Interview
  • Review the ALiGN Toolkit Facilitator Guide and create notes on the presentation note page available in the link above.
  • Ensure job seekers have completed their assessments.
  • Facilitate a training session, in a classroom or virtual classroom setting, in which you complete the lessons laid out in the ALiGN Toolkit Facilitator Guide.
  • Facilitate the desired sections/lessons from the presentation as outlined in the ALiGN Toolkit Facilitator Guide in a large group or one-on-one setting.
  • Have job seekers review the PowerPoint presentation as an independent study.
  • Continue with lessons and activities provided in the Splash App of the ALiGN Toolkit program, if desired.
