Contact your OTEC representative for access to the Lumina for ALiGN Associates eLearning program.
Explore the Lumina Spark Portrait and explore tips for facilitating lessons and activities with job seekers.  Career counsellors will watch two videos with Janice Parviainen from Lumina Learning on the Spark Portrait and on teaching the spark portrait.  Career counsellors will complete a series of activities to review their Portrait and a quiz to gain access to materials needed to conduct the lessons.

  • Facilitate the lessons and activities provided in the Lumina for ALiGN Associates modules.
