Contact your OTEC representative for access to the Lumina for ALiGN Associates eLearning program.
Explore the Lumina Splash App and the three personas of the Lumina Spark Model: the underlying you, the everyday you and the overextended you. Career counsellors will watch two videos with Janice Parviainen from Lumina Learning on the Splash App and on teaching the App to job seekers. Career counsellors will complete a series of activities to review the App and complete a quiz to gain access to materials needed to conduct the lessons.
